LAPD has assigned a Bladerunner team to work with the US Coastguard on a set of old oil Rigs over the LA Sea Wall. The team are sent to the interview the residents to detect any hidden Replicants while the US Coastguard get ready for a potential evacuation in case a storm changes direction…..when another Blade Runner unit is taken out on the nearby Rig, Liberty - the Investigators have to move quickly to find the rouges who did it before they get to the Refugee Center and potentially escape.
