Foromtale
The Lodge er et spil om at prale, vurdere risici og at undgå at blive taget i at lyve om sine evner. Det handler også om at skyde dyr.

Spillet består af et antal runder, som hver er opdelt i en Bragging fase og en Hunting fase.

I Bragging fasen skiftes spillerne til enten at melde pas eller tilføje betingelser til et fælles Væddemål. Hver betingelse øger jagtens sværhedsgrad (og latterlighed). Når alle undtagen én spiller har meldt pas, bliver den sidste spiller Jægeren.

I Hunting fasen skal Jægeren derefter forsøge at skyde mål, der er placeret på gulvet, med et gevær-lignende objekt af plastik, og forsøge at opfylde så mange af væddemålets betingelser som muligt. Mange af betingelserne gør situationen temmelig fjollet, da Jægeren for eksempel kan blive tvunget til at skyde mellem benene, med en hånd på hovedet, mens der synges.
Spillerne kan opnå Bragging Rights (point) ved at opfylde væddemål, ramme imponerende mål eller ved korrekt at gætte udfaldet af jagten. Spilleren med flest Bragging Rights ved spillets afslutning vinder.

Presentation
The Lodge is a game about bragging, risk management, and hopefully not being caught in a lie about your abilities. It is also about shooting animals.

The game consists of several rounds, each split into a Bragging phase and a Hunting phase.

In the bragging phase, players take turns either passing or adding conditions to a common Bet. Each condition adds to the difficulty (and ridiculousness) of the Hunt. When all but one player have passed, the last player becomes the Hunter.

In the Hunting phase, the Hunter must then attempt to shoot targets placed on the floor with a plastic gun-like object, attempting to complete as many of the conditions of the Bet as possible. Many conditions make this a bit silly, as the Hunter can be forced to shoot between their legs, with a hand on their head, while singing, or similar.
Players may gain Bragging Rights (points) by fulfilling bets, shooting impressive targets or by guessing the outcomes of the hunt correctly. The player with the most Bragging Rights at the end of the game is the winner.

You like games with a dexterity element, like “Rampage” or “Flick ‘em Up”
You like games where players are forced to do a combination of silly things, like lying on the floor, shooting with their eyes closed or while standing on one leg.
You like games with a lot of social interaction, like “Love letter” or “Spyfall”
Please note that the game contains an element of physical activity, and may require you to sit/lie on the floor and shoot accurately at a target. While most people should have no issues, people with limited mobility might not find this fun.
